Brentano has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, reporting to Phil Eyler, President and CEO of Gentherm.

Brentano most recently served as Founder and Managing Partner of Green Tree Advisory, a consultancy that aids start-up companies with strategic and financial planning and connects them with suppliers, business partners and consumers in China. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations at Harman International, a Samsung Company. Before joining Harman, she spent 17 years at telecommunications company Sprint Corporation in multiple leadership assignments, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Mobile Health, General Manager of International Wholesale, Vice President of Investor Relations and business unit CFO roles. Before Sprint, Brentano served as a senior consultant for Ernst & Young.
Brentano has been recognized as a top-ranked Investor Relations professional by Institutional Investor magazine and received the CMO Asia Women Leadership Award in 2013. She was also named to Ingram’s 40 Under Forty and recognized as one of Kansas City’s 50 most influential women by KC Business Magazine. She is a Certified Treasury Professional, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
