Metova Federal was founded in 2011 with only one employee in the contracts department. After winning large and prime contracts, Metova experienced significant growth and today employs over 300 people in eight offices across the U.S.
Metova outgrew its legacy solutions and processes, and realized it needed a more robust accounting solution that could also handle time keeping challenges – all while staying compliant and meeting DCAA standards. After looking at other solutions in the marketplace, Metova selected Deltek.
Deltek’s government contracting solutions are the industry standard and trusted by federal agencies and contracting officers. With nearly 1,000 small to mid-sized businesses running Costpoint Foundations today, Deltek empowers businesses at every step of the project from pre-award audits and subcontractor management to incurred cost submission reporting and DCAA floor checks. Costpoint Foundations – priced and packaged specifically for small to mid-sized businesses, provides everything an SMB needs to properly account for a government contract, built with projects at the center.
“We needed the full package of time keeping, compliance, payroll processing and job cost reporting and decided that Costpoint Foundations was the best solution,” said Lynn Adams, CFO at Metova.
“For over 30 years, government contractors like Metova have relied on Deltek to keep their projects on track and their compliance requirements in check,” said Claus Thorsgaard, EVP of Deltek Global Sales. “From winning new business to planning project resources and schedules, to developing talent, and running the back-office, Deltek’s integrated cloud solutions power the key business processes of thousands of firms that do business with the government. We are thrilled to welcome Metova to the Deltek family.”
