TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 17, 2017 -- Tricia Robinson BSN, NHA, LHRM, has been named Chief Operating Officer of Greystone Health Network’s (GHN) north Florida region of skilled nursing facilities.

In her new role, Robinson supervises all aspects of administration and operations for 13 GHN skilled nursing facilities located throughout The Villages, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Daytona and Melbourne.
She is responsible for facilitating the organization’s corporate operational vision and plan, and working on-site with leadership teams to ensure delivery of the most cost-efficient, highest quality care for patients and residents.
“Tricia possesses the skills, experience and personal traits to excel in this new role and I could not be more excited to have her on our executive team,” CEO of GHN Connie Bessler said.
Robinson began with GHN in June 2013 as the Executive Director at Lady Lake Specialty Care in Lady Lake, and was later promoted to Regional Director of Operations spanning a territory of five facilities located in and around The Villages.
She is a licensed nursing home administrator and a licensed healthcare risk manager. With a combined 18 years’ experience working in long term care, Robinson is an effective leader with a history of improving patient outcomes, increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing staff turnover.
Robinson, an Ocala resident, is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
