H2O Innovation: Piedmont expands its global distribution network and wins major contracts

QUEBEC CITY, April 19, 2018 -- (TSXV:HEO) – H₂O Innovation Inc. (“H₂O Innovation” or the “Corporation”) is proud to announce that its independent subsidiary Piedmont, a global leader in corrosion resistant equipment for desalination plants in the industrial and municipal markets,  recently signed new distribution agreements and won new contracts for its coupling and FRP cartridge filter housing product lines.

Over the last months, Piedmont has entered into five (5) distribution agreements with partners strategically positioned to support its international growth. These new Piedmont distributors and representatives are coming from Vietnam, Taiwan, Chile – Central & Antofagasta regions and the US mid-west. “Adding these new distributors to our existing network put us in an even better position to serve our global customers within the small and medium sized OEM’s by offering local inventories of flexible couplings and cartridge filter housing for their project needs,” stated Ties Venema, Commercial Director of Piedmont. Piedmont has also signed new contracts for large SWRO projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United States and Egypt. In addition, Piedmont has been selected for the supply of corrosion resistant products for three (3) offshore oil & gas platform water makers.
