“Hawaii Five-0” Season 9 Episode 2 is going to feature a rather funny plot line where a dog eats a chunk of the money that was buried underground by Steve (Alex O'Loughlin) and Danny (Scott Caan). Viewers will remember that this was the money that the pair got in the season premiere. Will this be enough to end the friendship between these two lovable characters?
In a sneak peek of “Hawaii Five-0” Season 9 Episode 2 post on the show’s official Twitter account, a scene shows how the development results in Steve and Danny going at each other. This is nothing new since these two are always bickering, but money tends to have a way with ending friendships.
“Talk about a doggone problem! Don't be dumb (dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb),” the caption reads.
Talk about a doggone problem! ???? Don't be dumb (dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb) and make sure to catch a brand new #H50 tonight at 9/8c! #TGIFive0 pic.twitter.com/3dgMER5kl8

Fans of the show will not likely be surprised to see the two arguing with each other again. Steve and Danny do it often enough that viewers have come to expect it. “Hawaii Five-0” Season 9 Episode 2 delivers on that expectation. As to whether or not this incident is enough to end their friendship, of course, it isn’t.
As Carter Matt notes, this is basically just another case of the pair having a “mom and dad are fighting again” moment. If anything were to end the bond between Steve and Danny, it wouldn’t be because a dog ate a bunch of money. They’ll be just fine in “Hawaii Five-0” Season 9 Episode 2.
“Hawaii Five-0” Season 9 Episode 2 can be streamed via the CBS app and viewers can watch the series every Friday on the CBS network. Fans will not want to miss this episode either since it features a parachuting mystery man that’s hiding in the jungle, and Steve and Danny will need to find him.
