“The combination of a one-of-a-kind product like Medidate Coffee with the wide array of Organic Rawkin Juice and Living Gourmet foods continues to set us apart from the competition. The locations in Burbank, Santa Monica and now DTLA gives us excellent penetration in the LA area. This will also increase our delivery capabilities,” stated Natalia Lopera, CEO of Hip Cuisine.
“We picked DTLA as our first location due to the fact that DTLA is undergoing one of the largest expansions in North America. Now add the combination of Hip Cuisine’s portfolio companies, Rawkin Juice and Living Gourmet; we believe this will be a huge success and hopefully many more locations to come,” said Laith Alkhawaja, CEO of Medidate Coffee.
