MICHIGAN CITY, Ind., March 21, 2018 -- Horizon Bancorp (NASDAQ:HBNC) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in its quarterly dividend from 13 cents to 15 cents per share. This represents a 15.4% increase and a dividend yield of 1.99% based on the price per share of $30.16 as of the close of business on March 20, 2018. The dividend will be paid on April 20, 2018 to shareholders of record on April 6, 2018.
