You may instead choose to focus on training for a marathon, or learning how to play a new sport, to cite a few examples. No one can make a healthy choice every single time they sit down for a meal. Following a diet, though, many are tempted to indulge in numerous unhealthy activities –– including things like fast-food. While you may not be able to eliminate poor health decisions from your life completely, you can limit their impact on your overall well-being. Don’t let one or two poor choices lead to bad habits!
