The Hungarian consumer price inflation data for the month of April is set to release tomorrow. According to a KBC Market Research report, the headline inflation might have risen by 0.4 percentage points, driven by the rise in fuel price.
The other elements that were stimulating consumer price index is food and tobacco, however, tradable goods and market services price are also expected to be rising further in April.
“So, probably the core inflation may also increase slightly to 4 percent YoY, while the headline to around 3.9 percent YoY”, added KBC Market Research.
