(NYSE MKT:IMH) (the “Company”) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten registered follow-on public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares of common stock offered in the follow-on public offering at the public offering price.
JMP Securities LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
