San Francisco, Aug. 01, 2017 -- InfluenceHR — a disruptive, chaotic, and exclusive two-day event for human capital management marketers who want to stay on the bleeding edge of B2B marketing — announced today a call for entries for the 2017 InfluenceHR Awards. The InfluenceHR Awards recognize HCM brands and campaigns that play above the marketing status quo. Visit influencehr.com for entry rules. The deadline to apply is Sept. 1, 2017.
“The InfluenceHR Awards acknowledge exceptional HCM companies that excel at brand and promotion activities in some of the most competitive software categories,” said Bret Starr, founder and CEO of The Starr Conspiracy, which hosts InfluenceHR.

In 2016, the InfluenceHR Awards looked at two factors — brand power and brand velocity — across five categories, as well as recognizing the hottest new HR startup. The winners included:
- Brand Power: Ultimate Software (HCM); Cornerstone OnDemand (Learning); Virgin Pulse (Employee Engagement); Indeed (Talent Acquisition); and Willis Towers Watson (Benefits)
- Brand Velocity: Bamboo HR (HCM); Degreed (Learning); Sodexo (Employee Engagement); Lever (Talent Acquisition); and Maestro Health (Benefits)
- Hottest New HR Startup: LifeDojo
This year’s InfluenceHR Awards are shaking things up and looking to see who has achieved the highest level of creative excellence to not only survive in HCM tech marketing, but to distinctly stand out in the areas of brand, advertising, and promotion. A full list of categories can be found at influencehr.com. A panel of independent industry experts will evaluate each entry. The number of awards will be determined by the judges based on the caliber of the work received in each category.
Best in Show awards will be given to the top overall creative campaigns. The winners’ work will be displayed in the Portfolio Hall during InfluenceHR at The Venetian® Las Vegas, Oct. 9–10, 2017. Select categories will be eligible for People’s Choice voting at the InfluenceHR conference. Submit applications now using our awards portal.
