EASTLAKE, Ohio, Feb. 13, 2018 -- Intellitronix today announces that it has entered into an exclusive design and manufacturing agreement with Timesaver Technologies LLC enabling the company to expand its electronic expertise into the medical device marketplace.
At this time no details of the contract are available for publication because of Confidentiality Agreements, however, the parties believe that the new device may be considered a medical “milestone.” For Intellitronix, the opportunity to apply its expertise to the medical device market represents a significant potential opportunity to expand our revenues.
Intellitronix is a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Lighting Group (OTC:USLG). “We are very pleased to have entered into this agreement with Timesaver Technologies,” said Intellitronix CEO, Paul Spivak. “The Company already serves the consumer market with its energy-saving LED lighting as well as the automotive and marine aftermarket through vendors such as Wal-Mart and Kawasaki. Now, Intellitronix is expanding its market by entering the medical equipment field.”
