The Italian industrial producer price index data for July was released today. The total producer price index rose 0.3 percent sequentially in July, according to the official Italian statistical office, Istat. The index of producer price rose 0.4 percent on domestic market and it did not change on non-domestic market.
The percentage change of the average of the last three months compared to the previous three months rose 0.9 percent.
On a year-on-year basis, the industrial producer price index rose 3.2 percent. Domestic market index rose 3.6 percent, while the non-domestic market index rose 2.3 percent.
