GREELEY, Colo., May 02, 2017 -- JBS USA previously announced on March 13, 2017, its agreement with Danish Crown A/S (“Danish Crown”) to acquire the company’s U.S.-based bacon, ham and deli meat business, Plumrose USA, in a $230 million (USD) transaction. The transaction, as described in the announcement, was completed on May 1, 2017.
