False stories about Katie Holmes are making the rounds again, this time revolving around the “Dawson Creek” alum’s figure. The Globe reports (via Gossip Cop) that Katie Holmes is trying to lose weight to keep her longtime partner Jamie Foxx contented.
But recent photos of the actress very much show this isn’t the case at all. Just last week, Katie Holmes was seen with Jamie Foxx in New York and the images published online clearly show that Holmes didn’t gain weight.
The Globe purports that the actress has put on 25 pounds, which supposedly spurred her to fervently exercise. Fabricated stories have been published by multiple magazines that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes’ relationship is standing on thin ice and her gaining weight might put more pressure on their already waning romance.
However, judging by these photos, the two seem contented enough with what they have going on. Still, this doesn’t stop these tabloids from writing stories as articles about Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes are pulling in a lot of readers.
Magazines have been obsessed with the celebrity couple as they aren’t publicly showing off their relationship. Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes started dating in 2013 and since then they have not outwardly spoken about their romance with the media.
While this is a great practice, especially in the digital age, tabloids can freely speculate what’s going on behind the scenes. But Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes don’t seem to care as they remain reticent about the subject.
While both have been busy with their respective projects, the two still manage to find the team for each other. Jamie Foxx is currently trying to bring in hype to his upcoming movie “Robin Hood,” where he plays Little John. In the meantime, Katie Holmes recently wrapped her involvement with Vogue. She participated in the magazine’s fashion diary.
