‘Jane the Virgin’ season 3’s episode 6, entitled “Chapter-Fifty”, will feature Jane’s adventurous cousin who drops by for an unexpective visit. Meanwhile, Rogelio struggles with the realization that he still has feelings for Xo but doesn’t know how to tell her.
The synopsis for “Chapter-Fifty” posted on Spoiler TV stated, “When Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) cousin unexpectedly shows up at her door, Jane questions her own less than spontaneous life. Xo (Andrea Navedo) finds the perfect location for her dance studio, but it happens to be near her ex-boyfriend, Bruce (guest star Ricardo Chavira.)
Rogelio (Jaime Camil) realizes his feelings for Xo, but struggles with telling her. Petra (Yael Grobglas) is served with a lawsuit and she decides to ask Rafael (Justin Baldoni) for help. Meanwhile, Michael (Brett Dier) is ready to get to work just as they get a break in the Mutter case.”
Jane’s adventurous cousin pays a visit and while things roll off on a great start, the unexpected visit may brew up some trouble for the Villanueva-Cordero household. In the promo, Jane is excited to tell Michael about her cousin’s arrival.
It was revealed that the cousin is well-traveled and has experienced many exciting things in countries such as Venezuela and Thailand. At first, she and Jane have a great time bonding but when Jane introduces her to Rafael, the two begin flirting with each other.
This makes Jane jealous. When she tells Michael about Rafael hitting on her cousin, Michael answers, “She’s definitely his type.” Jane asks what his statement meant, Michael simply says, “She’s hot.” This causes awkward tension at the dinner table.
Meanwhile, the incoming episode will also feature Xo’s attempts at kick starting her new career by opening a dance studio, according to Christian Today. Although she finds the perfect location for her establishment, she may need to figure out a way to make things work since her ex-boyfriend may be nearby. On the other hand, Rogelio is troubled after realizing that he still has feelings for Xo.
