Eligible non-U.S. professional investors can access Janus Henderson’s tokenized collateralized loan obligation (CLO) fund through Centrifuge, with Anemoy Capital SPC Limited issuing its shares on a blockchain.

Investors receive exposure to CLO tranches carrying AAA ratings. The tokenized offering and the U.S.-listed ETF are distinct products that share the JAAA name. Janus Henderson said Aug. 13 that the ETF had surpassed $30 billion in assets under management.

Janus Henderson oversees $500 billion in assets and has spent more than eight years building its blockchain strategy.

Pendle said a live yield market for Centrifuge’s deJAAA product opened on Oct. 21. deJAAA is linked to the Janus Henderson Anemoy AAA CLO Fund, and the market is scheduled to mature Nov. 26, 2026. EconoTimes previously covered the deJAAA yield-market launch.
