Jennifer Aniston visited her long-time friend George Clooney’s Lake Como villa in Italy last weekend. The “Friends” actress got to spend a memorable time with her pals as they caught up after not seeing each other for a long time.
E! News reported that aside from Jen, her co-star in the 2011 flick “Just Go With It,” Adam Sandler, was also present at the get-together. Sandler was said to have come with his wife, Jackie.
As stated in the report, “Upon arriving at George's estate, the A-list group was escorted up the dock and inside the property together where they all admired the beautiful scenery.”
Now, this plain weekend get-together with friends created rumors for Jennifer Aniston. Although E! News emphasized that “Jen has always been friendly with George, regardless of Brad," a tabloid published an article that says the actress sneaked out of George Clooney’s villa, which seems to confirm that she had reunited with Brad Pitt.
According to Radar Online, Jennifer Aniston just confirmed her rekindled romance with Angelina Jolie’s ex when she spent time at Brad’s BFF’s home. The tabloid is speculating that Jen is now freely spending time with George Clooney again since she and Brad are now a couple again.
Now, Gossip Cop quickly shot down the allegation and took a stand against Radar. It stated that the tabloid’s conclusion was insubstantial – just because Jen visited Clooney’s home does not mean that it has anything to do with her ex-husband.
GC further pointed out that Jennifer Aniston is busy filming “Murder Mystery” and currently staying in Italy so she was able to visit Clooney’s Italy home with her co-star. Also, the actress’ paparazzi photos clearly show that she is not trying to hide, thus the “sneaking out” description is just not right.
Finally, Gossip Cop reached out to both Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s respective representatives for comments on the undying reunion rumor and they have this one thing to say: “It is not true.”
