Many video content creators rake in hundreds of thousands of views online by filming themselves while eating an array of food. This has been so popular that “mukbang” videos practically became a new genre on YouTube. But for BTS member Jungkook, all he needs is an apple.
Jeon Jung-Kook, or simply known by his millions of fans as Jungkook, recently uploaded a 30-second video on the official BTS Twitter account while eating an apple. It was just him on the couch, without any Q&A segment, and the content has already been viewed over 1.6 million times and has been retweeted by more than 550,000 people as of this writing.

Just a few days before this post, Jungkook also shared a video of him being impressed by Chicago’s popular deep dish pizza. This video has also been played for more than 1.6 million times by fans. Followers of BTS know how Jungkook loves food. In fact, many of them gushed over the fact that he has been consistent in munching on some snacks while enjoying live performances at the Billboard Music Awards for three consecutive years.
Meanwhile, another K-Pop idol recently revealed that Jungkook is one of the best video game players in BTS. Super Junior member Shindong was asked who he wants to play games with and Jungkook's name was mentioned.
"I heard actor Lee Min Ho is good at League of Legends. I hope the match between Heechul and Lee Min Ho happens on our show,” Shindong said in a press conference for Channel A earlier this month (via allkpop). “As for Hyungsik, he's good at Overwatch. BTS' V and Jungkook are also good at video games. The kids active on Billboard are good gamers."
Jungkook also made headlines last week after sharing he watched Ariana Grande’s concert. The American pop star is equally starstruck with the youngest BTS member and shared a photo of them together backstage.
