Jungkook is on vacation but this did not stop him from gaining new recognition. The BTS member just made a new record and it is an amazing feat because so far, only Barack Obama and Ariana Grande had made it to the top.
As per Koreaboo, Jungkook was recognized by the popular social media platform, Twitter, for having the most-liked tweet of all time. The 22-year-old idol singer’s July 10th post gained over 2.3 million likes and it is currently the most-liked post in 2019.

Jungkook uploaded a video on BTS’ official Twitter account and it features himself dancing to the chorus of Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy.” He can be seen going all out in his dance moves while in his hotel room and apparently, fans find this so adorable. As of today, the post racked up 2.31 million likes and it has only been over two months since he posted the clip.
Based on Twitter’s records, Barack Obama has the highest number of likes with 4.44 million and the next one is Ariana Grande with 2.51 million. However, both of their posts appeared in 2017; thus, it’s no wonder that millions of people have seen their posts and liked them within those two years. Jungkook’s in third place and he is followed by Ellen DeGeneres and PewDiePie’s tweets.

Meanwhile, the BTS’ maknae is celebrating his birthday on Sept. 1 and he is turning 22. To celebrate his special day, Jungkook’s fans are planning something to make his day memorable.
The New Straits Times reported that a charity event is being planned by the ARMYs to mark his birthday this weekend.
The fans are aiming to contribute and contribute to charity projects that aim to help the less fortunate children and teens. The group is focusing on the Jungkook’s hometown first in Buk-Gu, Busan. So far, they have already donated to two charities and they amount to KRW7,000,000 and KRW1,000,000.
The donations organized and raised by Jungkook’s fans are set to be allocated for at least 70 youths in Buk-Gu. They will also be extended to some disabled children who have been attending the Buk-Gu Rehabilitation Centre for the Disabled.
