FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., April 15, 2016 -- Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share. The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 25, 2016.
