Kiowa Police Reports Significant Gains with SceneDoc eCitations

Oklahoma City, OK, April 17, 2018 -- Today, SceneDoc announces results with Kiowa Police Department following their deployment of its ‘mobile first’ platform for data collection, digital evidence management and workflow.
