The solution provides organizations of all sizes — including universities, educational institutions and corporations worldwide — the ability to print from their notebooks or mobile devices with ease. In addition, a bEST certified App is available for secure release of print jobs from any bizhub® control panel.
Easy to install and operate with full IT Administrator control, EOP has BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) compatibility, secure private cloud/on-premise mobile printing, and simple licensing with unlimited mobile device users. 4.0 is the only enterprise mobile print solution with the ability to install on Linux Enterprise and IBM System z mainframes.
The fourth generation software develops and expands on the usability, high security and functionality associated with EveryonePrint. It includes significant new features and server clustering for high availability and integration with leading EMM/MDM solutions (Enterprise Mobility Management/Mobile Device Management) as well as new and improved apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone 8. Compatible with any printing infrastructure, EOP offers five different ways to print, including: e-mail, web, driver, Android and AirPrint for native printing from mobile devices.
New features and enhancements in version 4.0 include:
