The latest addition to the company’s All Covered IT Services division, TLS.NET technology expands Konica Minolta’s rapidly expanding portfolio of innovative workplace solutions, allowing clients to move their company’s voice services to the cloud – resulting in greater scalability and security. What’s more, these solutions are compatible with a wide range of phone services and can be tailored to customer needs, an important feature in Konica Minolta’s mission to create greater value for all its customers.
With roughly 30 years of industry experience, TLS.NET harnesses a deep understanding of the telephony industry. Together with Konica Minolta, the teams will work to enhance existing offerings and grow use of this technology among an established customer base in need of voice services.
“Since 1986, we have always been able to bring a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement around our core base of clients in the Midwest. With this transition to become part of All Covered, we know that we have found an organization that will allow us to continue our entrepreneurial spirit while creating the global compliance and processes needed for today’s Cloud and Cyber Security challenges,” said Phil Luzius, Chief Operating Officer and Owner of TLS.NET, Inc. “The opportunities that lie before us in cloud, voice, and managed IT utilize the strengths of both companies and allow us to bring the benefits to our clients, employees and, of course, our local communities.”
“We are very happy to bring a strong and trusted player in the voice services industry to the Konica Minolta and All Covered family,” said Todd Croteau, President of All Covered. “We are excited to integrate their services into our Workplace of the Future portfolio and to bring this much needed solution to our clients nationwide”
