Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), the information technology division of Indian consulting firm Larsen & Toubro Limited, has announced the availability of its blockchain-based trade finance solution on Microsoft Azure marketplace.
According to the official release, the blockchain solution tracks the flow of goods in a value chain, improving transparency across multiple entities involved. LTI said that its deep industry knowledge and blockchain capabilities, coupled with Microsoft’s expertise in cloud-based solutions, will help accelerate the adoption of distributed ledger technologies (DLTs).
"LTI’s Blockchain services include end-to-end consulting and implementation and are designed to help transform our clients’ business operations. The collaboration with Microsoft will accelerate our ability to deliver these services on Cloud,” Aftab Ullah, Chief Operating Officer, LTI said.
LTI’s Blockchain practice engages with global clients across industries to build solutions in areas of trade finance, payments, KYC, insurance, and supply chain, among others.
