DODGEVILLE, Wis., Feb. 01, 2017 -- Lands' End, Inc. (Nasdaq:LE) announced today that its 2017 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the Company's headquarters in Dodgeville, Wis., on Thursday, May 11, 2017.
In addition, the Company announced that March 13, 2017, has been fixed as the record date for determination of the stockholders of the Company entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting of stockholders.
