CUPERTINO, Calif., Jan. 29, 2018 -- LexInsight has finalized a partnership with The Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS), a BARBRI Professional Association. Effective immediately, all attorneys and legal professionals who complete their profiles on LexInsight can get a 30% discount on CEDS certification. The discount is also available for contractors whose profiles are already complete.
By facilitating access to the full breadth of ACEDS education, training and professional development resources, LexInsight aims to encourage the highest standards of eDiscovery certification among its contractors. This has the added benefit of giving LexInsight clients access to even more highly qualified legal professionals for their projects.
“LexInsight's support for certification speaks volumes about its commitment to their client and reviewer success," said Mary Mack, executive director of ACEDS. "ACEDS is thrilled to support this innovation in our community.”
“We are excited to be working with ACEDS to reinvent the legal staffing industry,” said Abhi Verma, founder and chief executive of LexInsight. “This partnership would enable our fast-growing reviewer community to take advantage of the eDiscovery industry’s leading certification to showcase their skills to prospective employers on LexInsight.”
Also, starting in February, eDiscovery professionals can attend two ACEDS webinars sponsored by LexInsight. On February 13th, Ralph Losey presents on “The Players and Play of an eDiscovery Team in a Complex ESI Review: Past, Present and Future.” Then on February 28th, ACEDS will host a LexInsight product showcase, taking clients and contractors through a tour of the latest LexInsight software release and its ease of finding and hiring eDiscovery attorneys at a moment’s notice.
