MALVERN, Pa., March 15, 2016 -- Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LPT) today announced that its board of trustees has declared a cash dividend of $0.475 per share on the company’s common shares of beneficial interest for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2016.
