Head lice infamously cause stress, disgust and embarrassment for millions of parents whose kids get infested each year. Just in time for Thanksgiving, parents in Tyler no longer have to worry about treating the bugs themselves thanks to the opening of a new clinic, Lice Clinics of America.

This is the second clinic of owners Matt and Heather Smith, who opened their first clinic in Lufkin last year.

The couple has partnered with children’s advocacy groups to offer free or subsidized treatment for families that cannot afford the service.
The Tyler clinic is located at 2210 Three Lakes Parkway, Suite 145, and is open seven days per week by appointment. AirAllé treatments take about an hour, and come with a 14-day guarantee when all family members are treated or screened for head lice.
