CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 03, 2016 -- Linxx Global Solutions, Inc. (“LGS”), a portfolio company of Mosaic Capital Partners, LLC (“Mosaic”), has acquired Adaptive Geriatrics, a Richmond, VA-based provider of on-site medical care to assisted living facilities.
Adaptive Geriatrics, now operating as Legacy Care, a division of LGS Medical Services Group, provides on-site support and higher quality medical care to thousands of patients at over seventy long-term care facilities. The Company consists of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who are dedicated to providing on-site medical care to residents in post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities.
LGS is a leading provider of training, security, information assurance, and program management services in global support of agencies such as the Department of Defense, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security. LGS CEO Martin Strong commented on the acquisition saying, “The superb services provided by Legacy Care will be the foundation of our newly formed Medical Services Group,” adding, “The acquisition of Adaptive Geriatrics speaks to our flexible growth strategy, which includes a commitment to acquisitions being accretive.”
