MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. forecast fiscal 2027 first-quarter revenue of $450 million to $460 million, giving investors its latest view of demand for the semiconductor supplier's products.

The company also projected an adjusted gross margin of 62% to 63%. Its fiscal first quarter ends Jan. 1, 2027. MACOM reported fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter revenue of $424.8 million and adjusted earnings of $2.09 per diluted share in its results release.

On the company's Nov. 5 earnings call, President and CEO Stephen G. Daly said data-center revenue rose 74% in fiscal 2026. Management's current base case is for about 80% growth in that revenue in fiscal 2027; the figure is a current estimate, not formal full-year guidance.

Daly said capacity coming online, production ramps and new programs across the company's three markets underpin management's expectation for a stronger second half of fiscal 2027.
