DAYTON, OHIO, Jan. 28, 2016 -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, today announced a record-setting year of proposal activity and contract awards. The company delivered close to 400 proposals to customers totaling more than $1.3 billion, and won more than 200 new business and recompete task orders and contracts valued at $430 million. MacB also obtained prime positions on six Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles, including the Cyber Security Technical Area Tasks (TAT), making MacB one of only a few contractors to be a prime on all three Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) TAT vehicles.
Contract and task order wins covered work for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, as well as the Special Operations Forces, Intelligence, and Homeland Security communities. MacB also ended 2015 with more than $550 million in proposals awaiting an award decision, and increased their prime/sub ratio to 75 percent prime and 25 percent sub contract work.
“Our consistent record level of proposal activity and contract awards is a testament to our continued efforts to build high performing and results-oriented teams that are executing against a focused strategy, delivering stellar performance for our customers, and evolving the innovative solutions that we offer,” says Sidney E.
