Maja brings global experience and is particularly adept at navigating cross-cultural nuances in senior teams. She has worked with clients across a variety of industries including construction, telecom, and energy.
“Maja is incredibly skilled—most notably in multicultural settings—which is a great asset and addition to the RHR team,” said Dr. Steve Madenberg, the partner responsible for RHR’s United States Eastern Region.
Maja began her career at Skanska in 2005 as Global Talent Manager, building and refining the company’s talent management processes and procedures and functioning as an internal coach for the firm’s senior management team. In 2012, she made her permanent move to New York as Vice President of Human Resources, Talent Development and Diversity. Maja also worked as a consultant within the field of personality assessment and leadership development at PAT Management.
