Matthew joined Zephyr Real Estate in 2004 after operating his own brokerage for several years. A 25-year real estate veteran, he possesses deep knowledge of the brokerage business, including the key areas of marketing and technology. He has been instrumental in establishing Zephyr’s leading brokerage position in the Bay Area. During his tenure, he has consistently developed and led his various teams of agents to great success, and has effectively raised the bar of real estate standards throughout the area.
An avid collaborator, he works to elicit the best in himself as well as his colleagues. In his previous role as the firm’s Chief Innovation Officer, he worked with his team to move forward various important initiatives in the areas of business practice, process and improved delivery of service and facilities.
Matthew has been very active with the San Francisco Association of REALTORS®, serving as its President in 2006. He was honored to be recognized as the 2004 REALTOR® of the Year by the Association. He has chaired multiple committees throughout the years and has been a featured speaker at various industry events. He currently serves as a Director of the California Association of REALTORS®.
