McDonald’s Extends $5 Meal Deal Through Fall, Adds Exclusive Discounts via App
The fall season at McDonald’s brings more than just the familiar Pumpkin Spice Latte and Muffin Cream Bread; the fast-food chain is rolling out a new set of deals to satisfy every craving. McDonald’s fans can look forward to exciting meal offers throughout the season.
In June, McDonald’s introduced the "Summer of Value," offering special discounts like the famous $5 Meal Deal and free fries on National French Fries Day. These deals could be accessed via the McDonald’s app, giving customers more ways to save. As summer comes to a close, McDonald’s is ensuring the savings continue into the fall.
Joe Erlinger, President of McDonald’s USA, shared that the success of last summer’s $5 Meal Deal, which drew tens of millions of customers, has encouraged the company to extend the promotion through December. For just $5, customers can choose a McDouble or McChicken Sandwich, four Chicken McNuggets, small fries, and a small drink. Erlinger emphasized McDonald’s commitment to providing affordable meals, with more value deals to come.
McDonald’s Fall Deals Include $0.50 Cheeseburgers, $1 Nuggets, and Free Fries Fridays
McDonald’s app users can also enjoy exclusive fall deals, such as $0.50 Double Cheeseburgers on National Cheeseburger Day (September 18, 2024), a $2 McCrispy Sandwich on National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day (November 9, 2024), and $1 10-piece Chicken McNuggets from November 4 to December 2, 2024. Free Fries Fridays will also continue, where a free medium fry is available with any $1 purchase. Local deals will vary by region, offering discounts like $5 for 20 Chicken McNuggets in Dallas and two McGriddles for $3.99 in Southern California.
Now is the perfect time for those who haven’t yet signed up for MyMcDonald’s Rewards. Signing up offers exclusive access to upcoming fall deals and free large fries with a $1 purchase. Members can also earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for various menu items, including a Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and even a Happy Meal.

Fans of the Big Mac can also look forward to the nationwide release of the Chicken Big Mac, featuring tempura-battered fried chicken, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and the signature Big Mac sauce.
