McDonald's U.K. just dropped two new burgers and these items are part of the fast-food chain's menu for the holidays. The Christmas festive menu was unveiled this week and is now available in the brand's restaurant outlets across the country.
According to Nottingham Post, the two new burgers that were added by McDonald's U.K. to its food lineup described the sandwiches as "reminiscent of classic Christmas flavors." And this is not all because the company is offering more new items to make sure that this year's holidays would be more festive and can further uplift the true spirit of the most wonderful time of the year.
In addition to the new burger sandwiches, McDonald's U.K. also announced the return of their Cheese Melt Dippers. The Celebrations McFlurry, the festive pie that has been off the menu since 2016, and Christmas drinks that include Choco Fudge Latte and Hot Chocolate Deluxe are already being served at McDonald's 1,354 locations in the U.K.
Express U.K. reported that the McDonald's U.K. Christmas menu arrived on Nov. 17 and it will be staying throughout the holidays which is until Dec. 28. This year's festive menu's two new burgers are called the Festive Stack and Festive Crispy Chicken which is priced at £4.89 or £6.39 if purchased as a meal option.
The Festive Crispy Chicken is said to be an upgraded version of the classic Chicken Legend. It was improved through the addition of "Christmas-y" ingredients such as cranberry sauce, onion mayo, sage, red onion, bacon, cheddar cheese, and lettuce. These festive ingredients along with crispy fried chicken breast fillet are sandwiched in a glazed poppy and sesame seed bun.

For the Festive Stack, it features two beef patty layered with red onion, bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion relish, white cheese sauce, and lettuce. The sandwich is completed with a glazed brioche-style bun.
Finally, Bustle mentioned that McDonald's U.K. would also offer Double Big Mac with four patties for the holidays and it can be bought for £4.19 a la carte or £5.69 as a meal. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken Sandwich is also on the festive menu list and this is priced at £4.39 or £5.69 if ordered with sides and a drink.
