Customer experience solutions company McorpCX Inc. (OTCQB:MCCX) is pleased to announce that it anticipates its common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange effective at the opening of trading on February 3, 2016 under the trading symbol “MCX”, and that it has closed a non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,745,000.
The Company is also pleased to announce that in connection with the Company’s application for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 3,660,000 common shares at a price of USD$0.75 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of USD$2,745,000. The Shares are subject to a 6-month hold period, and no finder fees were paid in connection with this Private Placement.
Proceeds will be used for sales and marketing, product development to extend the Company’s existing analytical tools, and for general working capital. The Company has publicly filed its TSX Venture Exchange listing application on the web site of the Canadian Securities Administrators at www.sedar.com.
TSX Venture Exchange issued its conditional listing approval on December 15, 2015, to list the Company’s common shares on the Exchange as a Tier 2 Technology Issuer. The Company has received confirmation from the Exchange that the conditions for listing have been satisfied. The Company is advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that it will issue its Final Exchange Bulletin on February 2, 2016.
