NEW YORK, Dec. 01, 2017 -- Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that Michael McCormack has joined the firm as a Senior Analyst and Managing Director to cover telecommunications, expanding institutional research capabilities in the TMT sector.
Mr. McCormack will draw upon approximately 20 years of telecommunications research experience in providing analysis to clients of the firm’s growing TMT practice. His prior senior analyst roles include working at Jefferies, Nomura, J.P. Morgan, and Bear Stearns. Mr. McCormack has also been named to Institutional Investor magazine’s “All-America Research Team” five times in the TMT sector.

Mr. McCormack received his M.B.A. from Columbia University and his B.A. from St. Lawrence University; he is also a CFA charterholder. Mr. McCormack is based in Guggenheim’s New York office.
