Diego Rejtman, Senior Director of Microsoft Global University Recruiting, will keynote the Hispanicize U program. In this inspiring session, he will express how to use the company you work for, or choose to work for in the future, as a platform to pursue your passions. This is rooted in his unconventional journey at Microsoft, where, as a Latino immigrant, he started his career as an engineer and eventually transitioned to HR to lead university recruiting, where he discovered his passion for culture.

This session combines a presentation by Cathy Hackl, the cofounder of Mixed Reality Ventures and coauthor of “Marketing New Realities”, with a fireside chat by Hackl and Lourdes Orive, Senior Director of HoloLens Commercial Programs Windows NEXT at Microsoft. Hackl and Orive are two of the most renowned Latinas in the mixed reality (MR) industry and will talk about the importance of mixed reality and how this technology can change our lives.
