With a passion for promoting workplace innovation, Mike founded Kayrell Connections to uplift the facility management community by encouraging professionals to "Be an FM innovator!®” In addition, Mike is a sought after keynote speaker and moderator at the highest levels of the FM industry and speaks regularly at national and local conferences for IFMA World Workplace and Facility Fusion, NFMT, and CoreNet. An active volunteer at IFMA, he also works to build partnerships and encourage collaboration between FM practitioners and industry experts.
