Most Asian markets in red, gold stable at $1,238

All the major Asian indices were trading on a lower note on the last trading day of the week. Gold and silver were trading in a narrow range. Gold was trading around $1,238 mark while silver was trading around $18.03 marks.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading around 0.62 percent lower at 19,228 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.30 percent lower at 24,039 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.50 percent higher at 8,820.50 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.63 percent higher at 28,479 points.

Australia’s S&P ASX200 was trading around 0.22 percent lower at 5,803 marks.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.16 percent lower at 2,078 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,227.71 points and China's CSI300 index to open up 0.1 pct at 3,443.62 points.
