MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 20, 2017 -- MeetingsNet, a digital magazine and website dedicated to the meeting and incentive industry, has named MotivAction to its 2017 CMI 25 list of the largest and most influential full-service meeting and incentive companies focused on the U.S. corporate meeting and incentive industry.
“We’re thrilled and honored to again be named one of the top meeting and incentive companies in the industry,” said Kari Vrba, MotivAction Senior Vice President, Business Development. “Our team members are committed to executing with excellence and delivering innovation and creativity for each of our clients. This honor is proof that their dedication has paid off. We’re pleased to be recognized for world-class service in a year in which we’ve experienced record growth.”
The CMI 25 is the most comprehensive listing of the major independent meeting companies serving the corporate world. The exclusive directory of full-service meeting and incentive management companies, now in its 11th year, provides a unique resource for meeting managers, incentive travel executives, and procurement professionals looking for experienced, professional outsourcing partners.
“The 2017 CMI 25 includes extraordinary companies that have succeeded in a competitive and fast-changing business landscape. In a field that requires constant creativity, an unwavering focus on details, strong partnerships, and an understanding of new technologies, these companies rise to the top,” said MeetingsNet Content Director Sue Hatch. “We’re thrilled to provide corporations with this valuable list, which ranks as among the top content on MeetingsNet.com year after year.”
The MeetingsNet editors selected CMI 25 companies based on several factors, including the number of meetings and incentive travel programs managed in 2016 and the total number of room nights represented by those meetings and incentives. They also considered the number of full-time employees at each company, as well as the percentage of the company’s 2016 revenues that came from organizing corporate meetings and incentives versus association meetings or other sources.
The CMI 25 list will be published in the September 2017 issue of the MeetingsNet tablet magazine and digital edition www.meetingsnet.com/digital-edition and on www.meetingsnet.com. Company profiles include statistics on business volume, top customer markets, recent company news, leadership, and more.
