“My Hero Academia” chapter 205 will likely begin with Todoroki’s attempt to unleash the super move Prominence Burn. But many fans are convinced he will not execute it properly.
Prior to “My Hero Academia” chapter 205, Todoroki and Tetsutetsu were caught up in a literally heated face-off. Todoroki’s walls of ice and fire were no good for Tetsutetsu’s mineralization ability and improved quirk. After Todoroki recalled a pep talk from Endeavor, he apparently unleashed a move that he did not expect from himself. In fact, all he could utter after the said move was, “Damn it.”
The mysterious attack from Todoroki is definitely the highlight in “My Hero Academia” chapter 205. Considering that the memory of Endeavor inspired it, many fans believe it could be Prominence Burn.
However, some fans think Todoroki will fail to properly execute Prominence Burn since he does not have complete training for this particular move. Whether or not it is a success, other fans believe it will force Aizawa to intervene in “My Hero Academia” chapter 205.
If Todoroki attempts to use Prominence Burn, the sheer power of this super move is enough cause for concern, especially since this is just a joint training exercise. In previous chapters, Prominence Burn was described as a move that can incinerate Endeavor’s opponent. With that, some fans believe this could lead to the disqualification of Team Todoroki in “My Hero Academia” chapter 205.
Redditor u/IgnisEradico suggests that Todoroki failing at executing Prominence Burn in “My Hero Academia” chapter 205 makes sense. A previous teaser revealed that Shoto and Endeavor will be collaborating in the near future. Once the younger Todoroki realizes he is powerful but has a lot to learn, it might convince him to finally reach out to Endeavor.
Aside from Todoroki’s powerful move, “My Hero Academia” chapter 205 is also expected to feature how Iida will perform while the 10-minute limit of his Recipro Turbo takes effect. The next manga chapter will be officially released on Nov. 12.
