“NCIS” season 16 episode 1’s plot is about the search for the missing Leon Vance. The director is being tortured somewhere and Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) leads the team as they look for him not just in America but around the world.
According to TV Guide, the second episode is titled “Love Thy Neighbor” and its synopsis reads: “A Navy lieutenant is found murdered in his hot tub; the team interviews families in the victim’s peculiar neighborhood; Torres must face the consequences after a volatile night out with Palmer.”
“NCIS” season 16 airs every Tuesday on CBS. This new installment will feature a total of 24 episodes.
