DALLAS, March 15, 2017 -- N.D.B. COMPANY INC. (the “Company”), an affiliate of North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (the “Bank”), under the Company’s plan of liquidation and dissolution, the Company will distribute to the owners of the Bank’s common stock as of record date March 31, 2017, a cash distribution in the amount of $4.32 per share. The distribution will be made on April 7, 2017.
