The HeartRescue China program is led by RTI International ( https://www.rti.org ), a US-based research institute, in partnership with NSAV’s subsidiary, Shanghai based Vital Strategic Research Institute (VSRI) through a subcontract, in addition to other partners. It is funded and sponsored by the Medtronic Foundation. The program aims to improve access and quality of care for patients suffering from acute cardiovascular disease (CVD) in China.
