NEW YORK, Feb. 07, 2017 -- The Nasdaq Stock Market^® (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced that trading was halted today in Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq:KTOV), (Nasdaq:KTOVW) at 09:22:28 Eastern Time for "additional information requested" from the company at a last sale price of $2.55 and $0.89 respectively.

Trading will remain halted until Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. has fully satisfied Nasdaq’s request for additional information.
