Fintech consulting firm Nead & Co. announced that it has expanded its fintech consulting services in a move to add mergers and acquisitions advisory firms.
According to a release, the company’s expansion comprises of consulting for various technology products that are currently used by most investment bankers, M&A advisors, and business brokers. Nead consultants are keen on providing the expertise to those who are not accustomed to the present advanced solutions for doing M&A deals.
“Our expanded focus includes sector-specific consulting and training for customer relationship management software, project & deal management software, marketing automation tools and digital signature software. We are also intent on pointing our clients toward multiple options and platforms for online capital formation for private companies,” Jon Castano of Nead & Co. said.
He said that the company is on a lookout for small M&A company owners, who are looking to reduce their software and technology spend and also who get expanded tools and resources for their projects. The company will be providing expert guidance for middle-market M&A advisors and other experienced deal makers, on some of the holistic and integrated tools available in the market.
