SEATTLE and BRISBANE, Australia, Jan. 16, 2018 -- NetMotion® Software, a leading provider of Mobile Performance and Mobile Analytics software solutions, today announced the company’s expansion into the Australia and New Zealand markets with the appointment of mobility solutions leader, Daniel Pratt joining as Country Manager. Mr. Pratt will continue the expansion of NetMotion’s suite of software solutions in Australia and New Zealand. In addition, Mr. Pratt will develop and manage a partner ecosystem of valuable resellers and provide support to customers such as the South Australia Police and others.
“Many organisations have to service the vast rural areas between the major cities,” said Daniel Pratt, Australia and New Zealand Country Manager, NetMotion Software. “This poses significant connectivity challenges because carrier coverage is notoriously spotty in these areas. NetMotion software helps bridge these coverage gaps to keep workers connected and productive no matter where their work takes them.”
NetMotion Mobility software insulates applications from instabilities in networks enabling employees to roam seamlessly between Wi-Fi and mobile operator networks. IT administrators have the ability to create rules regarding access to applications so that mission-critical applications are prioritised over other traffic. The company’s Diagnostics software helps IT teams quickly pinpoint root causes of mobile connectivity and wireless networking problems to improve the productivity of mobile users. Further, Mobile IQ enables organizations to tap into the rich data previously unavailable within mobile devices to finally visualize real-time information and insights needed to make smart operational decisions.
Christopher Kenessey, CEO, NetMotion Software noted, “NetMotion solutions excel in areas where coverage is intermittent and challenging, which makes our expansion into Australia and New Zealand a natural fit for our business. Mr. Pratt is the right leader to build up our business abroad, while helping businesses achieve better business outcomes from their mobile investments.”
Mr. Pratt has nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise mobility and end user computing. Previously a Regional Sales Manager for MobileIron, Mr. Pratt has worked on many successful mobile projects with some of the largest organisations in London, Europe, SE Asia and Australia throughout his career.
