(the "Company") (NYSE: NAO) today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has scheduled the Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held on December 12, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., local time, in Hamilton, Bermuda. The Board has set a record date October 30, 2017 for the determination of the Company's shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
